Seafolly is seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to join our team on a 10-month fixed-term contract, based in our Alexandria office with a hybrid work model (including work-from-home Fridays).
In this role, you will provide expert guidance, thought leadership, and outstanding customer service to maximise the value of our core technology applications, ensuring they effectively support business needs today while enabling strong, future-focused technology outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality support across Seafolly’s core retail, eCommerce, and wholesale applications, as well as underlying infrastructure services, ensuring business continuity.
Monitor system health and proactively manage performance through regular IT checks, ensuring applications remain stable, secure, and fit for purpose.
Manage and prioritise support tickets across ERP and business systems, including conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and maintaining an effective triage process.
Collaborate with external network providers and internal teams to coordinate and resolve day-to-day IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop, maintain, and continuously update ERP and system process documentation to reflect evolving business operations and improve knowledge sharing.
Analyse user and system workflows to map core business application usage, identifying opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
Plan, scope, and coordinate infrastructure and application initiatives, including defining statements of work (SOWs), managing upgrades, and supporting delivery of the IT roadmap.
Maintain strong IT governance and service management practices, including incident reporting, SLA management, cyber risk monitoring, and providing regular project and service status updates to the Head of IT.
You Have:
4+ years experience managing IT support environments, ideally in collaboration with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
Strong technical capability across DBMS, SQL, and Microsoft 365 suite, including Power BI and SharePoint.
Relevant tertiary qualification in computer science, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Industry experience or exposure to retail, wholesale, or logistics environments is highly regarded.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and present insights clearly.
Practical project coordination experience, with the ability to manage priorities, partners, and suppliers effectively.
Customer-focused and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and a continuous improvement approach within a team-oriented culture.
