You’ll be working towards a Certificate III in Business, gaining hands-on experience in a medical reception environment. This role is ideal for someone who is polite, proactive, organised and confident communicating with patients, practitioners, and other stakeholders.
- General secretarial and reception duties
- Liaising with practitioners, doctors and the clinic director
- Managing appointments and schedules
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Processing billing and transactions
- Basic administration and data entry
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
We are seeking a school-leaver who is ready to begin their professional journey. The ideal candidate is:
