Admin & Customer Service Clerk – Wetherill Park (Immediate Start)

IT Factory is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Admin & Customer Service Clerk to join our Wetherill Park office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping operations running smoothly, and working in a fast‑paced, supportive team.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing friendly and professional support via email and phone. You’ll also assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, data entry, and coordinating freight bookings to keep our workflow moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone with clear, professional communication
- Enter and update customer and job data accurately
- Prepare and book freight with various carriers
- Assist with general office administration and document preparation
- Support internal teams with customer updates and scheduling
- Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar office role
- Confident using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn
- Available for an immediate start (preferred)
