We're looking for a Laboratory Technician to join us full-time, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:06pm. You'll perform a range of oil and fluid analysis using specialised laboratory equipment, supporting preventative maintenance and equipment reliability. From operating advanced instruments and completing quality checks to maintaining laboratory standards, you'll play an important role in delivering fast, accurate results for our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate advanced laboratory instrumentation including ICP, IC, TAN/TBN and Karl Fischer analysis
- Conduct a range of oil and fluid analysis in accordance with laboratory procedures
- Deliver accurate results while achieving customer turnaround time expectations
- Complete calibration, quality control and batch verification processes
- Maintain laboratory equipment, reagents and work areas to the highest standard
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with instrument maintenance where required
- Record and report testing results accurately
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe laboratory environment
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- A Degree in Science or an equivalent qualification
- Experience working in a laboratory environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Experience with Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies (desirable)
