Dental Assistant Role:

What you'll be doing
Clinical (Dental Assisting):
- Assisting dentists during a range of dental procedures
- Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
- Supporting efficient chairside workflow
- Maintaining infection control standards at all times
- Ensuring treatment rooms are clean, organised, and ready for patients
Reception / Administration:
- Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and professional manner
- Managing appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Handling patient records and updating information accurately
- Processing payments and basic administrative tasks
- Supporting the overall day-to-day running of the practice
What we’re looking for
- Experience in dental assisting or reception is highly regarded but not essential
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of patient care
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems quickly
- Relevant dental assisting qualification is an advantage but not required
