Overview
The purpose of the Enterprise Customer Success Manager role is to ensure your customers renew with Tanda. This is achieved by ensuring they get the most value out of the product and have a great relationship with us.
Responsibilities & Duties
Build great relationships beyond your designated contact, including the executive team and other relevant roles within your accounts.
Own the whole renewal process for your customers.
Stay on top of changes to the business, including key staffing changes, market/industry shifts, changes in company priorities, and new systems.
Take ultimate ownership for the success of your accounts.
Handle customer concerns that get escalated to you from support.
Have a strong understanding of Tanda’s products so you can become a trusted advisor to your customers on how to achieve their goals, as well as handle support escalations.
Proactively track customers’ adoption of features, look for opportunities where they can get value from unused features, and help them roll out.
Help sales by identifying opportunities to upsell customers, and make introductions when contacts you have a relationship with move to a different business.
Intimately know things about how your customers manage their business and their processes to better inform the product team of what to build and iterate on.
Collaborate with all teams at Tanda to achieve wider company goals.

This is an on-site position located at our Brisbane headquarters.
