We are seeking some A-Players who are compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct support to individuals with mental health challenges, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities include developing and implementing care plans, offering emotional support, assisting with daily activities, and facilitating access to community resources. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to promoting mental health and well-being.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in mental health support (preferred, but we can provide training)
- Own vehicle required with comprehensive car insurance
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Blue Card, Yellow Card
- Based in Logan
- Bonus if you can play a musical instrument but not essential.
- Preferably a male Kiwi or pacific islander
- Weekend work available
