Working collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve workforce challenges and strengthen workplace relationships.
Supporting initiatives that improve people management practices, capability and employee experience.
Using insights and sound judgement to deliver solutions that support organisational goals and positive workforce outcomes.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Experience providing HR advice in a complex service environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solutions-focused approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have qualifications in Human Resources, Management or a related field and/or experience in industrial relations or payroll environments.
