Bakery Assistant (Casual) – Family-Run Italian Bakery
We are a friendly, family-run Italian bakery looking for a reliable and hardworking Bakery Assistant to join our team.
Duties include:
- Assisting with frying donuts and other bakery products
- Cleaning kitchen areas and bakery equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- General bakery support as required
Hours
We expect the role to be approximately:
- Tuesday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
- Thursday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
Some flexibility may be available for the right applicant.
Pay Rate
This is a casual position.
- $31.19 per hour for employees aged 18 years and over
- Junior rates apply for employees under 18 years of age
About You
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Previous bakery, kitchen or food preparation experience is helpful but not essential
