Maddington Hyundai & Isuzu UTE is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to support our busy and growing Service Department.
About the Role
Working closely with the Service Manager, you will help lead a high-performing team while ensuring our customers receive an exceptional service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities-
Assist in the day-to-day management of the Service Department

Support and mentor Service Advisors and workshop staff

Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally

Monitor workflow and workshop efficiency to maximise productivity

Ensure service processes comply with manufacturer standards

Assist in achieving departmental targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability

Coordinate scheduling, bookings, and vehicle handovers
What We're Looking For-
Previous experience in a dealership service environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Proven commitment to exceptional customer service

Sound understanding of automotive service operations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

Experience with dealer management systems will be highly regarded
