RogueRaw produces premium, human-grade raw nutrition for dogs and delivers Australia-wide. We are a small, hands-on team that takes pride in producing high quality food.
This is not a large factory environment. It’s a tight-knit small production team where everyone contributes, stays organised, and works together to get the job done right. Full training provided.
The Role
This is a physical, hands-on production role preparing and packing raw pet food meals.
**No butcher work involved** You’ll be working in a structured, fast-moving environment where consistency, hygiene, and attention to detail are critical.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday (daytime hours) 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Daily Responsibilities
- Preparing, mincing and portioning raw meat blends
- Packing and labelling meals accurately
- Pick packing customer orders
- Assisting with dispatch and deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and organised production area
- Following strict hygiene and food safety procedures
- Supporting the team to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

An interest in dogs or pet nutrition is a bonus, but not essential.
Experience (Highly Regarded)
- Commercial kitchen or food prep
- Butcher or meat processing
- Food manufacturing
- Warehouse or production work
Minimum 1 year experience handling food in a professional environment is preferred.
Must have drivers license or learning.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 15–20kg when required
- Working on your feet for most of the day
- Handling raw meat produce
