Prospect Hill is seeking Full Time Disability Support Workers and experienced AINs to support participants living in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and the community across Bohle Plains, Kirwan, Mount Low, Mount Louisa and Oonoonba.

About the role (Disability Support Worker / SIL Support Worker)
You will provide disability support in SIL and community settings, including:
· Personal care and daily living support
· Community access, appointments and social support
· Supporting independence and skill development
· Maintaining a safe, clean home environment
· Emotional support and positive behaviour encouragement

What we’re looking for (AIN / Support Worker requirements)
· Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
· AINs and experienced support workers strongly encouraged to apply
· Minimum 12 months experience in disability support (preferred)
· Current First Aid & CPR
· NDIS Worker Screening Check
· Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
· Full Australian working rights
