About the role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Community Nurse - Team Leader, supporting a client in the Camden area.
This is a unique opportunity to build a consistent, meaningful relationship with one client, while combining hands-on clinical care with leadership and remote support.
In this role, you will take the lead in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to a client with complex needs, while also supporting and guiding a small, established care team.
Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Camden location – supporting one client only
A mix of hands-on home care and remote support (from home)
Flexible days and working hours to suit your lifestyle
You will play a key role in managing and supporting complex clinical care, including:
Spinal injury care
Ventilator management
Tracheostomy care
PEG feeding
About you
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Community nursing experience (essential)
Experience supporting clients with spinal injuries
Strong skills in tracheostomy and ventilator management (essential)
Experience in manual handling and personal care
Previous disability or complex care experience
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
