About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Administrator / Team Leader, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on warehouse operations position and contributing to the day-to-day running of the warehouse. This is a full time role which offers variety, responsibility and close collaboration with both the warehouse and transport teams. Key responsibilities include pick/packing orders, inbound and outbound order processing and providing operational support within the warehouse.
- $30.50/Hour (Ordinary Hours) Plus Superannuation
- Overtime at Award Rates
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations and assist during peak periods.
- Pick/Packing orders – Hand and Forklift.
- Process customer orders and undertake freight labelling for both inbound and outbound orders.
- Prepare outbound orders in line with company process, including packaging, labelling and pallet wrapping / strapping.
- Undertake order checks (including batch, serial and expiry date checks for individual orders).
- Utilise RF scanning devices to pick orders.
- Participate in stocktakes as required.
- Hand unload containers as required.
- Provide administrative support to warehouse office if/when required.
- Liaise with transport team as required.
You will bring:
- Experience in transport and logistics industry, 3PL warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight dispatch deadlines.
- Excellent communication.
- Experience in picking and packing orders (required).
- LF Forklift Licence (required).
- High reach experience(required).
