About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and relationship‑focused Early Childhood Educator to join our Kindergarten room at Journey Caroline Springs.
In this role, you’ll support children in their final years of early learning through engaging, play‑based experiences that build confidence, independence, and school readiness. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships, supporting consistent routines, and contributing to high‑quality outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Support a high‑quality Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF
Create engaging, play‑based learning experiences
Support children’s development and school readiness
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Contribute to observations and documentation
Work collaboratively within a supportive team
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and care
About You
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Must have completed National Safeguarding Training + Victorian Child Protection Training
Passion for working with Kindergarten‑aged children
Warm, positive, and relationship‑focused approach
Reliable and team‑oriented
Strong communication skills
Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
