Corporate Front of House
Part time, 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, Sydney CBD

This role sits at the centre of a high-performing Sydney office, supporting daily operations, client engagement, and a strong pipeline of internal and external events.
You will support the front of house reception team, coordinate meetings, and support the broader business to ensure the office runs efficiently and maintains a consistent, professional standard. The position plays a key role in enabling client facing activity, executive forums, and internal operations in a busy, high visibility environment.
About the role:
Delivering a five-star meet and greet experience for clients, visitors, and employees
Assist with resolving office maintenance issues
Monitor guest relations inbox and manage enquiries efficiently
Coordinate meeting rooms end- to-end, including bookings, setup, catering, and presentation standards
Support internal and client events, including room setup, catering, and pack down
Maintain office presentation across kitchens, meeting spaces, and common areas through regular floor walks
Manage office supplies, vendor orders, and process invoices with strong attention to detail
About you:
Experience customer facing roles
Confident, polished, and personable communicator
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills gained from a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail across service, presentation, and administration
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and clients
Reliable and proactive, suited to a four-day onsite role in a high visibility team
