An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced leader to join the Hyne Pallets team as a Site Manager at Rodpak.
The Rodpak Site Manager mission is to deliver site performance across revenue, cost, growth, safety, customer relationships and operational outcomes. Additionally, to support and lead Rodpak's team to increase performance and capability and accountability.
This role reports to the General Manager - Hyne Pallets.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion a safety-first culture where everyone goes home in the same condition they arrived.
- Lead all site operations, ensuring performance across revenue, cost, productivity and service delivery.
- Develop, coach and empower leaders and team members to build capability and accountability.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to support business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximise operational efficiency and return on assets.
- Oversee feedstock purchasing, production planning and quoting to support operational and commercial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Hyne values, governance, safety standards and operational procedures.
About you:
You are a collaborative and commercially minded leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes and delivering strong operational outcomes. You lead by example, communicate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Experience
- Proven operational leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success delivering strong financial and operational performance.
- Experience leading teams within manufacturing, logistics, production or a similar operational environment.
- Business development and customer relationship experience.
- Strong capability in continuous improvement and operational planning.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within pallet operations, timber manufacturing, logistics or a related industry.
- Lean Manufacturing or Just-in-Time (JIT) experience.
- ERP or manufacturing systems experience.
