Join the passionate team at Noahs Ark Learning Academy as a Childcare Educator based in Botany, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional early childhood education and care to our growing community.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop
- Planning and implementing engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Observing and documenting children's progress to inform future learning experiences
- Building strong relationships with children and their families
- Collaborating with the teaching team to continually improve our practice
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
What we're looking for
- Formal qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (Certificate III minimum, Diploma preferred) or currently enrolled in relevant studies
- Experience working in a similar childcare or early learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
- Genuine passion for supporting the development of young children
- Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
- Open to trainees currently studying Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian working rights or valid work visa
