About the Role
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist in Charge to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and patient-focused pharmacist who enjoys supporting a team while delivering exceptional healthcare services to the local community.

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring professional standards are maintained while supporting your team to provide outstanding customer care.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Pharmacist Manager and team in the daily operation of the pharmacy

Ensuring the accurate and safe dispensing of medications

Providing professional healthcare advice and counselling patients on the quality use of medicines

Delivering professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations and other clinical services where applicable

Managing dispensary workflow to ensure efficient and compliant operations

Maintaining compliance with all pharmacy legislation, professional standards, and company policies

Building strong relationships with customers and local healthcare providers

Supporting the achievement of pharmacy service, professional care, and business objectives
About You
You are an experienced pharmacist who is passionate about patient care and committed to supporting a positive, high-performing team.
Ideally, you will have:

Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)

Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA (without conditions or undertakings)

Previous community pharmacy experience (preferred)

Leadership or management experience (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Available to work weekends

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care

High attention to detail and professional standards

The ability to work collaboratively within a team
