As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will become the bridge between the technical world of data and the strategic needs of our clients. This is not your average developer or analyst role as you'll need to be a data expert, have an eye for beautiful dashboards and ultimately, be a champion of user-friendly insights.
Responsibilities:
- Build clear and compelling dashboards for a diverse range of clientele to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Collate, transform and analyse data from varying sources
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate complex business problems into technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable SQL code as fluency in the language of data is a must
- Work with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure to design and implement data solutions
- Apply architecture best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable
- Understand and implement integrations between cloud services and on-premise or third-party applications
- Stay ahead of the curve and explore new technologies and methodologies to keep our data game strong
The right person will have:
- Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes
- Demonstrable BI Dev / BA experience - understanding of key business concepts and the ability to translate them into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or others
- Experience with automating ETL processes, reports, or data workflows to optimize and scale data operations
- Basic understanding of architecture best practices, including scalability, security, and reliability
- Exceptional communication skills which include being about to clearly explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data challenges and develop effective solutions
- A passion for data and a desire to make an impact – you're excited to leverage data to drive business success
- Power BI experience essential

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
