The Roles We're Hiring For1. Sales Manager - Full-Time (On-Site)
You'll be the heartbeat of our sales floor: leading conversations, closing deals, and setting the tone for a positive, high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, hits targets with a smile, and knows how to turn interest into loyalty.
What you'll do:
- Drive sales performance and hit (and beat!) monthly targets
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with customers
- Mentor and support the wider sales team
- Represent the Nutricraft brand with warmth and professionalism
Compensation: $6,521 / month
2. Sales Assistant - Part-Time (Fully Remote)
Prefer working from home? This one's for you. Working a minimum of 30 hours per week, you'll support our sales efforts from wherever you feel most productive — no commute, no stiff dress code, just meaningful work on your own terms.
What you'll do:
- Respond to customer inquiries with care and speed
- Support the sales team with follow-ups and outreach
- Keep records tidy and customers happy
- Help spread the Nutricraft love, one conversation at a time
Schedule: Minimum 30 hours/week, fully remote
What You'll Bring

- Strong communication skills - written and spoken
- A self-starter mindset and genuine reliability
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude can outshine a long résumé
