Order Packing Team Members (2 Part-Time Positions Available)

We're looking for two reliable and motivated team members to join our growing confectionery business.

Position Details
Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
9:00am – 2:00pm
Additional hours may be available during peak periods and seasonal events.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be packing customer confectionery orders for dispatch. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, as every order is checked against customer selections before shipping.
Duties include:
- Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Quality checking products prior to dispatch
- Bagging and labelling confectionery stock (as required)
- General cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Other duties as required in accordance with the applicable award
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow procedures and instructions
- A team player who is willing to assist others when needed
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting stock cartons when required
- Positive, friendly and able to maintain a professional attitude in the workplace
Previous packing, warehouse, retail or dispatch experience is highly regarded but not essential.

This role involves packing customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is critical, as employees are responsible for selecting, checking and packing customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
Applicants must be able to work independently, follow instructions, maintain productivity, and perform the inherent requirements of the role with minimal supervision.
These positions require ongoing availability for the advertised days and hours. Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm (no weekend hours currently required).
