About Sun Skin Cancer Clinic
Sun Skin Cancer Clinic is a new, patient-focused skin cancer clinic in Kelmscott, providing professional, compassionate and comprehensive skin cancer assessment and treatment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, warm medical Receptionist who enjoys helping patients and wants to be part of building a welcoming local healthcare service.
About the role
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping ensure that every patient feels welcomed, respected and well looked after.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Answering telephone calls and managing enquiries
- Booking and managing patient appointments
- Processing Medicare and private billing
- Managing referrals and correspondence
- Liaising with doctor, nurse, pathology and other healthcare providers
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Processing payments and general administrative duties
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
- Helping the clinic run smoothly and efficiently
