Three Blue Ducks Rosebery is a rustic warehouse venue in the heart of Sydney, known for great coffee, seasonal food and genuine hospitality. We’re a fast-paced, community-driven venue where every team member plays a part in delivering the Ducks experience.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Weekend Barista to join our Rosebery FOH team. This role is Saturday and Sunday 8am–3pm, with the option for rotating weekend days for the right candidate.
You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality coffee and warm, efficient service during busy weekend trade.
What you’ll be doing
Making high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently
Delivering friendly, fast and genuine customer service
Keeping the coffee station clean, stocked and organised
Supporting smooth FOH service during peak periods
Working closely with the wider team to keep service flowing
What we’re looking for
Previous barista experience in a busy café or restaurant
Confident on espresso and milk texturing under pressure
Positive, calm and reliable in a fast-paced environment
Great communication and teamwork skills
Weekend availability essential
