Unified Speech Pathology is a growing private practice providing high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services to children and adults across homes, schools, childcare settings, and via telehealth.
We're looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our supportive and collaborative team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, you'll be provided with the support, mentoring, and flexibility needed to thrive.
About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for speech, language, communication, literacy, and/or swallowing difficulties.
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each client's goals.
- Deliver therapy in a variety of settings including homes, schools, childcare centres, and via telehealth.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, carers, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

About You
To be successful, you will have:
- A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering evidence-based, client-centred care.
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Eligibility to obtain a Medicare Provider Number.
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).
