Whitehaus Real Estate is looking for an organised and reliable person to join our property management team based in Prospect, Western Sydney.
The primary focus of this position is carrying out routine inspections, ingoing condition reports and outgoing/final inspections across our rental portfolio.
We are happy to consider both experienced property management candidates and people looking to start a career in real estate. Previous experience is an advantage, however full training will be provided to the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Complete detailed ingoing condition reports
- Conduct outgoing/final inspections
- Take clear photographs and accurately document property condition
- Identify and report maintenance or property concerns
- Update inspection reports through our property management software
- Communicate professionally with tenants
- Schedule and coordinate inspections
- Assist the property management team with other duties when required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised, reliable and punctual
- Friendly and professional
- Comfortable working independently and travelling between properties
- Confident using computers, mobile apps and technology
- Able to prepare clear and accurate reports
- Good at communicating with tenants and colleagues
- Detail-focused and able to manage their own daily schedule
- Willing to learn and become part of a growing team
Previous real estate or property management experience is welcomed, but not essential.
A current driver's licence is required.
Hours & Salary
30–38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
$55,000–$70,000 total package including super, depending on experience and agreed working hours.
