The role
You’ll lead the team on shift, support day-to-day café operations and help keep service running smoothly. The role includes guiding team members, maintaining store presentation, handling customer enquiries and keeping an eye on stock and tills.
In short - helping make sure every customer leaves happy (and hopefully with a pie in hand).
