The Opportunity
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our highly experienced and successful sales team in Melbourne. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Director, focusing on driving and leading the sales cycle of CRM and ERP solutions to new customers across Australia and New Zealand.
What Will Be Involved
As a Business Development Manager, you will uncover new sales opportunities and build, record, and nurture a solid pipeline of sales prospects. You will collaborate with internal marketing teams and vendors to enhance this pipeline and plan and manage demonstrations of proposed solutions. Your responsibilities will also include negotiating and closing sales opportunities, ensuring a strong foundation for the delivery of CRM and ERP solutions. Regular updates and maintenance of internal CRM systems with pipeline and forecasts will be essential, as well as following up on leads, contacts, and opportunities. Developing a deep understanding of FUJIFILM MicroChannel solutions and capabilities will be key to your success.
What You Will Need
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in solution selling within the CRM and/or ERP space, along with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. An understanding of business operations and processes is essential, as are excellent communication skills. Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, prospects, and vendors, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, are crucial.
