The Role
Silk is looking to appoint a motivated, autonomous and reliable individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a
Part-Time Overnight Public Area Cleaner. The role is
11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum availability of
3 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week.
What We’re Looking For
- Working most overnight shifts, rotating roster available.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding guest service standards.
- Clean all public areas to an excellent standard.
- Sort, fold, count and stack linen.
- Ensure Room Attendant chemicals and supplies are stocked and orderly.
- Attend to guest requests for relevant amenities / items where required.
What you will bring
- Proven experience is essential, preferably in a 4/5 star resort or hotel.
- A 'Can do' attitude.
- Committed to delivering excellent service & standards.
- Immaculate presentation and advanced communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passionate in providing friendly personalised customer service.
- A desire to learn and progress within the team.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Housekeeping operations knowledge.
