We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the team at Midland Hyundai and Kia.
To be successful, you will have excellent customer service skills, taking the time to relate to your customers to establish and maintain positive customer relationships, whilst continuing to grow our customer base. Your strong sales and leadership skills will enable us to provide our customers the most positive buying experience possible to ensure that they make the best decision matched to their needs.
The Role:

Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Understand and meet customer needs through effective product knowledge

Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features

Negotiate pricing and close sales

Provide outstanding customer service

- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service

Self-motivated and financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal

Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations

Well presented, professional with an attitude to succeed

Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail

Availability to work late night every Wednesday and half day every Saturday

WA drivers’ licence is required

Proven success in a dealership environment is highly regarded!
