About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, the Domestic Recruitment & Partnerships Manager will play a key role in driving domestic enrolment growth and strengthening strategic partnerships across multiple markets and student cohorts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading domestic student recruitment and growth strategies across VET programs;
- Developing and implementing student acquisition, conversion, and engagement initiatives;
- Managing digital marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and promotional strategies;
- Building and maintaining relationships with employers, schools, career advisors, community organisations, industry groups, and strategic partners;
- Supporting and mentoring the domestic marketing and recruitment team;
- Monitoring recruitment pipelines, campaign performance, conversion rates, and enrolment outcomes using CRM and reporting systems;
- Identifying new partnership and growth opportunities aligned with organisational objectives; and
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with relevant education sector requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in domestic student recruitment within the Australian VET sector;
- Sound understanding of the Australian vocational education and training environment;
- Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Experience developing and managing digital recruitment and lead generation campaigns;
- A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach;
- Experience using CRM systems and recruitment reporting tools;
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders; and
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
