In this Sweet role as a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will be supporting our merchandisers with in-store execution for our grocery partners from delivery phase to merchandising. Behind the Scenes of Everyday
A day in the life of a Commercial Operations Specialist would require:

Monitoring logistics and merchandising operations to keep everything running smoothly

Conducting weekly audits to ensure displays are clean, compliant, and promotional-ready

Identifying gaps and coach teams on best practice

Optimising in-store display locations for maximum impact

Training teams on food safety standards and SOPs

Maintaining and managing display asset registers

Coordinating maintenance of display units and cabinets

Supporting performance and reporting with KPI insights
