Our Richlands support office is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the team on a part-time basis.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Payroll Administrator, you will:

Provide administrative support to the payroll team to deliver accurate and timely payroll services

Assist with payroll processing, including data entry and allocating wages to the correct cost centres

Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner

Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Support payroll reporting, audits, and identify any discrepancies for review
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:

Brings experience in payroll administration or a similar support role

Has a high attention to detail with strong accuracy skills

Is organised, proactive and able to manage priorities effectively

Has strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
-
Works well in a team and maintains a high level of confidentiality

Understanding of payroll processes, including superannuation and payroll tax, is desirable
