Gippsland Meat Wholesaler is looking for Retail Store Manager to join
our business on a full-time basis. Salary on offer is $75000-$85000 plus super, depending on
experience.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead the day-to-day
operations of our store. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff
and ensuring an excellent customer experience while maintaining operational standards.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
- Controlling the selection, training and supervision of staff
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
