We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Revesby. If you enjoy staying active, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for music, we’d love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Production Manager, you’ll play an important role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and ensuring merchandise is packed, organised and delivered on time for tours and events across Australia.
What you’ll be doing
No two days are quite the same, but your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, checking and dispatching stock deliveries.
- Picking, packing and preparing merchandise orders for tours and events.
- Splitting stock according to tour requirements and dispatch schedules.
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operating pallet jacks and walkie stackers.
- Maintaining accurate stock organisation.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and well organised.
- Helping ensure tight deadlines are met during busy touring periods.
About you
You’ll be someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in staying organised and works well autonomously and as part of a very small team.
You’ll also bring:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- A genuine passion for music and the live entertainment industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive, can-do attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- A current Australian driver’s licence.
- The ability to safely lift up to 20kg.
- Full permanent Australian working rights

Our workload follows the live events calendar, so while standard hours generally commence from 8:30am, flexibility is important as hours may vary depending on touring and event schedules.
