Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator
Cricklewood Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated and full time Early Childhood Educator to join our privately owned service in the heart of Langwarrin.
At Cricklewood, our focus is on creating a nurturing, home-away-from-home environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. We are proud of our large natural outdoor spaces, which provide endless opportunities for exploration, discovery, and open-ended play-based learning.
About the Role
We are looking for an educator who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to supporting children's learning and development through meaningful experiences and strong relationships.
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in an early childhood setting
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Experience completing observations, reflections, evaluations, and learning documentation
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Current Working with Children Check and relevant first aid qualifications
