About the role:
Operating within National School of Allied Health , the ENVISAGE National Marketing Specialist leads the strategic design and delivery of marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement activities that support the national implementation of ENVISAGE programs across Australia. The position plays a critical role in ensuring that communications are inclusive, evidence-informed and impactful contributing to the program's national growth and long term sustainability.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns driving caregiver recruitment, program visibility and stakeholder engagement in line with ENVISAGE values and objectives.
- Work closely with the National Project Manager and Research Leadership Team managing the full marketing lifecycle from planning and content creation to execution and evaluation across digital, print and in-person channels.
- Lead development of media assets including video content, newsletters and promotional materials tailored to diverse audiences including caregivers, industry bodies and community partners.
- Utilise strong writing, editing and digital marketing skills to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
- Build and nurture relationships with service delivery partners, community organisations, podcast platforms and media outlets to amplify reach and support recruitment.
ENVISAGE is a peer support program empowering families and caregivers of children living with a developmental concern or disability. These children may experience a diverse range of conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, rare genetic conditions or acquired brain injury.

- Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
