Assistant Store Manager, Fendi Chadstone
An opportunity to join our management team has opened up at our Fendi Chadstone Boutique. We are looking for experienced Retail Leaders to embark on their next career chapter.
Your Responsibilities
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager in cultivating a high-performance team through effective leadership, coaching, and motivation. You will also be entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all facets of the business:
- Sales Management and Business Development
- Inventory Management
- People Management
- Administrative Management
- Communication & Reporting
- Visual Merchandising
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in retail/luxury industry with at least 3 years of experience in leadership capacity.
- Proficient in MS office, CRM and retail tools
- Building strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions
- Proven track record in generating disruptive ideas that can elevate business performance and improve internal processes
- Effective coaching and communications skills, providing a sound direction, delegating duties effectively, and helping members to navigate difficult situations.
