About the role
Provide high-level physiotherapy services within the Brighton Rehabilitation Unit, supporting adult patients who require intensive rehabilitation programs to improve function, maximise independence, and achieve optimal health outcomes. Working within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will deliver evidence-based care to patients with complex rehabilitation needs while supporting safe and effective discharge planning.
You will exercise advanced clinical judgement in the assessment, treatment, and management of complex rehabilitation presentations, while contributing to service development, quality improvement, research, and workforce capability initiatives. The role also provides opportunities to deliver clinical leadership, supervision, and support to physiotherapy staff, students, and allied health support personnel.
