As Assistant Venue Manager with AVC, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue — leading from the front to create an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence across all departments.

Requirements
-
2+ years' experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role
-
Strong experience working in a gaming venue
-
Strong experience working with TAB
-
Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
-
Ability to conduct stocktakes and investigate stock losses
-
Order and maintain par levels across beverage, food and venue consumables
-
Train, performance manage and motivate staff
-
RMLV & Approved Managers License

Accommodation management experience, or exposure to hotel accommodation operations, will be highly regarded
