What you'll be doing
- Support all people with disability to connect with community and mainstream services, regardless of their eligibility to become a participant of the NDIS
- Support people with disability to create and work towards their goals, build capacity to make their own decisions and choices and access the supports they need to live the life they choose
- Work in partnership with National Disability Insurance Agency to deliver the NDIS across the Northern NSW region
- Champion the voice of those with lived experience, and build the community’s understanding of inclusion
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and people skills, that build relationships and deliver a great customer service
- Confident in a variety of customer management systems
- Manage and prioritise multiple tasks with speed and accuracy
- A self-learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to travel to Northern region’s other offices and for outreach as required
