· Conduct in-process and finished product inspections and testing in line with the PMFresh Quality Manual, SOPs and traceability requirements.
· Place product on hold when required, manage hold stock, and support product release decisions in accordance with site authority limits and escalation requirements.
· Analyse quality results and trends (e.g., defects, weights, seals, label checks) and provide timely feedback to production leaders to drive corrective actions.
· Verify and document Critical Control Point (CCP) monitoring, HACCP checks and prerequisite program activities, ensuring deviations are actioned and escalated.
· Investigate out-of-specification results and non-conformances, raise/participate in CAPA, and ensure immediate notification to the relevant supervisor/manager.
· Review all product on hold daily, confirm status, sampling/testing needs, and coordinate timely disposition with Production and QA.
· Complete verification of quality records (e.g., pre-starts, line checks, CCP sheets), support internal/customer audits, and coach operators on GMP and quality expectations.
· Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures (Safety, Quality, HACCP, ISO, SQF, customer standards and WQA). Escalate any breach or food safety/quality risk immediately.
