About the Role:
Join Australia’s leading youth mental health service.
headspace supports young people aged 12–25 with access to mental health, physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drug services, and support with work and study. As a trusted one-stop-shop, headspace helps young people get the right support when they need it.
As a Support Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for young people, families, and stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality administrative and operational support. Working in a fast-paced and supportive environment, you will ensure all interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and confidentially while contributing to a positive experience for clients, staff, and community partners.
Experience Requirements:
Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment;
Experience in the delivery of effective and proficient client-focussed administrative and front of house support
Experience in dealing with a high demand of enquiries from members of the public, particularly enquires of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Experience in the provision of high level, professional and courteous customer service.
Qualification and Other Requirements:
Certificate level in Business Administration or similar, desirable but not essential
Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
Employment is subject to compliance with Sonder’s Immunisation Policy. Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, all vaccinations and immunisations required for the role.
