Job Description
We are looking for a Flights and Travel Team Leader who will be responsible for providing leadership, inspiration, and coaching, as well as development support, to all Flights and Travel Consultants. The Team Leader will drive sales and ensure that team members meet or exceed all expected quality and performance standards.
You will be responsible for:

Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to meet sales, quality, and productivity KPIs.

Driving exceptional customer experiences and ensuring all interactions reflect Luxury Escapes’ high standards.

Supporting team development through training, mentoring, and feedback, while reinforcing targets and objectives.

Managing escalations and providing practical solutions to both customer and business challenges.

Overseeing accurate use of systems and processes (CRM, ticketing, airlines, tours, cruises, accommodation and other portals).

Monitoring QA standards, identifying training needs, and ensuring team members maintain up-to-date knowledge of LE products, promotions, and services.

Collating and reporting on performance metrics, and contributing insights to leadership meetings for continuous improvement.

Ensuring rostering, availability, and compliance with scripts, processes, and procedures.

Promoting LE products and upgrades to maximise sales opportunities and retain customers.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:

Proven leadership or management experience, ideally in a sales or travel environment.

GDS knowledge.
-
Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service abilities.

Experience working under pressure while achieving KPIs and delivering exceptional results.

High attention to detail with strong typing and system skills.
-
Ability to build customer loyalty, resolve issues constructively, and adapt quickly to new products and processes.
