About the role
In this role as a Customer Service Agent we will be the front face of Tow Truck Allocations. When a member of the public has been involved in a motor accident, resulting in that vehicle becoming immobile, those involved at the scene (the vehicle owner, a member of the public or Victoria Police for example) may call our Accident Allocation contact centre, to request a tow truck to be sent out to remove that vehicle, which we will arrange. You will be needing to handle these calls, organising the tow truck to be sent out to scene, and closing these allocations whilst conducting the required admin work related to these allocations.

You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance
