The Fabrication Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Installer to join our growing team delivering high-end architectural metalwork projects across commercial, multi-residential and residential construction.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership on-site, lead installs from start to finish, and maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.
About the Role
- Installation of balustrades, handrails, screens, battens, gates, facades and custom architectural metalwork
- Read and interpret shop drawings and plans
- Coordinate site installs and oversee offsiders/labourers
- Carry out site measures and final checks
- Ensure trucks, tools and materials are prepared ahead of installs
- Maintain quality control and safe work practices on-site
- Liaise professionally with builders, supervisors and clients
Requirements
- Previous experience installing architectural metalwork essential
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Strong understanding of shop drawings and site set-out
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, proactive and organised
- White Card essential
- Driver’s Licence essential
- HR Licence highly regarded
- EWP, Working at Heights, Dogging/Rigging or trade qualifications highly regarded

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
- Manual drivers licence (Required)
- EWP Ticket (Preferred)
- White Card (Required)
