Your opportunity
As a Multi-Skilled Plant Operator at Quilpie Shire Council, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the roads that connect our vibrant community.
Reporting to the Road Construction and Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the safe and efficient operations of plant and equipment on a vital construction and maintenance projects across our region.
With integrity and pride, you will:
Perform road maintenance, road construction, structures, concrete and miscellaneous operation

Ensure plant operation is consistent with manufacturer's specificatio- n
General labouring duties associated with the Road Construction and Maintenanc- e
Accurately record daily work activitie- s

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Certificates of Competency for Backhow, Roller and/or Loade

Current 'MC' Class Driver's Licence-
Current General Construction Induction Car- d
Although it’s not essential, it would be great if you had:
Experience in operating a Road Train/Side Tipper and/or Float/Low Loade
- r
Competency in Traffic Management Implementation
Other certificates of competency related to Road Construction and Maintenance operations
