Trulux, a Sydney cosmetics manufacturer, is looking for a Senior Customer Service Specialist to be the face of our business for customers - from first enquiry through to finished production.
You'll manage customer communications across the full project lifecycle, working closely with Sales, R&D, Operations and Accounts to keep things moving. You'll chase samples, quotes, timelines and deliveries, and step in early to resolve issues before they become problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the customer experience from enquiry through to production
Coordinate internally across Sales, R&D, Operations and Accounts
Track and follow up on samples, quotes, timelines and deliveries
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
Maintain accurate records in the CRM
What You'll Bring:
Previous customer service or account coordination experience, ideally in manufacturing
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
CRM experience preferred
