Days: 3 days a week (Wednesday to Friday)
Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm
Hourly Rate: negotiable
Care for: Twin toddlers (24 months old)
Northern Rivers In Home Care is seeking an experienced Educator to provide high-quality care for 24 month-old twins. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment to support the children’s development, daily routines, and individual needs.
About the Role
Provide high-quality, child-centred care in the family home
Support the children’s development through play-based and routine-based learning
Encourage social, emotional, and physical development appropriate to age
Maintain clear communication with the family and Northern Rivers In Home Care
Follow daily routines including meals, naps, and playtime
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment at all times

Essential Criteria
- Certificate III in Children’s Services (ACECQA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- National Child Safety Training (Geccko)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (early childhood specific)
- Working With Children Check (NSW)
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
- Child Protection Training completed within the last 2 years
- ABN (contractor/self-employed position)
- Strong commitment to child safety and child-safe practices
- Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework
