Collaborative Support Network is currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Cantonese-speaking Female Support Workers to support a participant based in Kellyville, NSW 2155.
This is an excellent opportunity for support workers looking for consistent shifts, ongoing work, and a rewarding role supporting someone to live their best life.
Available Shifts
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexible availability is essential, as a variety of shifts may be offered throughout the week.

Essential Requirements
- Fluent Cantonese speaker (mandatory)
- Female support worker (participant preference)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting people with disability
Highly Desirable
⭐ Previous experience supporting participants living with Dementia and/or Alzheimer's Disease
⭐ Experience managing age-related cognitive decline and associated behaviours
⭐ Ability to provide patient, compassionate, and person-centred support
⭐ Experience promoting participant safety, routine, and wellbeing within the home and community
